Each consumer review is verified for authenticity prior to publication, ensuring that reviews come only from consumers who have actually purchased the products being reviewed. This verification is done a) by sending individualized links after completing an online order that lead to an online rating form and ensure that access to the rating function is only granted to consumers who have actually purchased a product, or b) by making the possibility of submitting a rating dependent on a prior login to the registered customer account from which a purchase was made.
