Prices and Payment

Buy with complete confidence, at fair prices:

• All items offered here are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. We do not list any sold-out or currently unavailable items.

• All prices shown are final prices. Any possible additional delivery and dispatch costs are specified separately in the respective product description as well as in your shopping cart. Customers who are resident in non member countries, please note: Any import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customs forms will always be completed with actual purchase price(s).

• We wrap and pack our goods using the best materials possible in order to protect them from damage. We are sensitive to cost but the safety of the item being shipped is paramount. However, you will be agreeably surprised by the favourable prices we ask for consignments shipped to worldwide destinations.

We require advance payment from our foreign customers. The order total shall be due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment types accepted:

1. Bank transfer:

We grant a 5% discount for advance payments received within 7 days of date of the order confirmation, sent to you by e-mail. We will also send you the required international bank account data including IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes in the order confirmation e-mail shortly after your order has been received.

2. PayPal:

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for your order in a safe, convenient and fast way - and free of charge. If you do not already have a PayPal account and want to create one, choose "PayPal" when ordering. When redirected to the PayPal site, choose “Sign up to PayPal” (displayed in your language). Then follow the instructions.

For insurance reasons, we are obliged to send your order to the address provided by PayPal. Please make sure that the delivery address registered in your Artistshome account is the same as in your PayPal account. Only use this address as the delivery address when paying with PayPal. If you would like your order delivered to a different address (such as your office or someone else’s address), you can register this address with PayPal before making your payment.
