A colourful grasshopper swinging on a leave - this association suggests itself when looking at the bent feelers and the narrow body. Yet, it is also possible that Miró was thinking of something completely different when drawing this picture. But it is likely that this is exactly what he intended by often neglecting to give a title - so that the viewers felt free to make to their own associations.
